Job description

We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Lahore. This role is key to maintaining excellent customer experiences by offering professional, prompt support and assistance. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping with inquiries, solving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone calls, emails, and chat.

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

  • Conduct Zoom meetings with customers when necessary.

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem‑solving.

Job requirements

o be successful in this role, you should have:

Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com, or any related field.
✅ Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
✅ Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
✅ Experience or skill in conducting Zoom meetings.
✅ At least 1–2 years experience in customer service or related field (preferred).
